By using the services of Roadway Transport LLC you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any transportation services.
We provide vehicle transportation services including state-to-state vehicle shipping within the United States, port-to-port international vehicle shipping, and related logistics and coordination services.
Quote Validity: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you have accepted our quote in writing, required deposit payment has been received, and all necessary documentation has been provided.
Deposit and Payment: A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon delivery for domestic shipments. For port-to-port shipments, full payment is due before release of the vehicle at the destination port. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks.
Customer Responsibilities: Before transport, you must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle (we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle), ensure the vehicle is in operational condition unless otherwise arranged, provide accurate vehicle information including make, model, year, and modifications, ensure fuel tank is no more than 1/4 full, disable alarm systems or provide instructions for deactivation, and provide valid title, registration, and any required customs documentation.
Vehicle Inspection: A thorough inspection will be conducted before and after transport. Both parties will sign a Bill of Lading documenting the vehicle's condition.
Scheduling: Pickup and delivery dates are estimated windows, not guaranteed dates. We will provide 24-48 hours advance notice before pickup and delivery. You or your authorized representative must be present for vehicle pickup and delivery.
Delays: While we strive for timely service, delays may occur due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, traffic, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from delays in pickup or delivery.
Inaccessible Locations: If the pickup or delivery location is inaccessible to our carriers, you must arrange to meet the carrier at a nearby accessible location. Additional fees may apply.
Carrier Insurance: All vehicles are transported by licensed and insured carriers. Our carriers maintain cargo insurance as required by federal law.
Claims Process: Any damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Claims must be filed in writing within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with the carrier's insurance company to process your claim.
Limitations: We are not liable for damages caused by acts of God, weather conditions, road hazards, mechanical failure of the vehicle being transported, or pre-existing damage not noted on the initial inspection report. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
Customs and Documentation: For international port-to-port shipments, you are responsible for providing all necessary customs documentation and complying with import/export regulations of the origin and destination countries.
Port Fees: All port fees, customs duties, taxes, and storage fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery Timeline: Port-to-port shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, port congestion, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Customer Cancellation: If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, you will receive a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup will forfeit the deposit.
Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the vehicle does not match the description provided, required documentation is not available, or payment is not received. In such cases, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
The following items are strictly prohibited in vehicles during transport: firearms, ammunition, explosives, illegal substances, flammable materials, hazardous materials, personal belongings exceeding $100 in value, and any items prohibited by federal or state law. We reserve the right to refuse transport or remove prohibited items at the customer's expense.
You agree to provide accurate information about the vehicle, ensure the vehicle is in the condition specified at booking, be available or provide an authorized representative for pickup and delivery, inspect the vehicle thoroughly upon delivery and note any discrepancies on the Bill of Lading, and make full payment as agreed.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Roadway Transport LLC is registered.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Our total liability for any claim related to vehicle transportation shall not exceed the carrier's insurance coverage limits or the actual cash value of the vehicle, whichever is less. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or inconvenience.
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, pandemic, or other emergencies.
Roadway Transport LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any signed transport agreement and Bill of Lading, constitute the entire agreement between you and Roadway Transport LLC regarding the transportation services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
